I’ve spent close to three decades helping organisations use design to solve difficult problems and improve how their products, services and teams work.
My experience spans healthcare, banking, retail and AI, across both public and private sectors. I’ve led work ranging from national digital health services to banking platforms and new AI-enabled experiences, with a consistent focus on making things work better for the people who use them and the organisations behind them.
